Cancellation Policy
County Defense Patrol – Security Services Booking Policy 1. Booking Process All security service bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or email. A confirmation email or contract will be provided upon successful booking. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2. Payment Terms A deposit of $75.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your security personnel. Full payment must be made within 24 hours before the scheduled event. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Approved Invoicing. 3. Service Duration & Extensions Security personnel are booked for a minimum of 4 hours per shift. If additional time is required, clients must request an extension at least 2 hours before the scheduled end time. Overtime rates will apply for extended services. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a partial refund. *Deposits are Non-Refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. County Defense Patrol reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue location, expected crowd size, and any potential risks. Security personnel must be treated with respect, and any unlawful behavior towards them will result in immediate service termination. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for security services. 6. Liability & Compliance County Defense Patrol is fully licensed and insured; however, we are not liable for incidents resulting from client negligence or failure to follow security recommendations. All security operations adhere to local laws and regulations. 7.
